Delete your BinaryPaper account
The currently released Android app does not require or use a BinaryPaper account. Account management and account-backed PRO are coming soon. This page explains deletion for account-enabled versions and provides a support request path without reinstalling the app.
Request deletion
When production account management becomes available, sign in to the canonical account portal, select Delete account, and confirm permanent deletion. A recent sign-in will be required. Website checkout and account sign-up are not available here.
Contact support about account deletion
If you cannot access the portal, contact support. We must verify ownership before acting. Do not send passwords, verification codes, purchase tokens or backup files. An email address alone does not authorize deletion or purchase restoration.
What deletion changes
- Your account and sign-in methods are permanently removed. There is no undo or account-recovery window. Account use stops as soon as deletion is accepted; technical cleanup may continue automatically.
- Account-level PRO and other account-owned entitlements are removed. An already-issued certificate on an offline device follows its existing expiry and grace period and cannot be renewed for the deleted account.
- Printed sheets, saved backup PDFs, source files, restored files and local recovery data are unaffected. Backup recovery remains free, offline and accountless.
- Deleting the account does not cancel or refund an external purchase. Any future subscription may require separate provider cancellation under its own disclosed terms.
- A valid Google Play lifetime PRO purchase remains owned in Google Play. Current Android purchase restoration continues through Google Play. Future account-enabled versions may freshly verify and link that ownership to a new account after deletion; that capability is not available in the current Android release and does not recover a deleted account.
Records retained after deletion
Minimized purchase evidence is detached from the deleted account and retained while lifetime purchase restoration operates. Pseudonymous account/identity suppression hashes remain for the service lifetime to prevent account resurrection. Retry identifiers are removed after cleanup. Account-service logs retain one month and point-in-time account backups age out within 35 days. These records do not provide an account-recovery window.
